About Us
What Makes Us Unique
Our sailing organization is dedicated to all things sailing. We strive to support regional and national one design regattas. We feature multiple class regattas including San Juan 21, Ensign, Wayfarers, Sunfish and PHRF races.
We are committed to providing our member's families and the youth community with facilities and resources to further the sport of sailing. Our goal is to provide this community with opportunities, especially the youth, of on-the-water training, seminars and competitive experiences that promote technique and safe sailing methodologies.
We are located outside of beautiful New Bern, NC. The vibrant city is enriched with history, culture, arts and amazing culinary opportunities. Oh, and did we mention we have a public golf course, bike trails and restaurants just blocks away.

The vision of BSC is to promote the sport of sailing in and around the waters of Eastern North Carolina. Our club organizes, supports, and encourages participation in all aspects of on the water sailing-related activities. We also enjoy the social friendships developed and maintained by sharing our common love of sailing at shore side events.
