2026 Blackbeard Bill Jarvis One Design Regatta (part of the Clark Cup One Design Series) Blackbeard Sailing Club - New Bern, NC. This event is offered for multiple one design classes. Racing will occur on the Neuse River in the vicinity of Upper Broad Creek or in Upper Broad Creek near Blackbeard Sailing Club. Multiple races are planned.
