Bill Jarvis Celebration of Life Event

On March 28, Blackbeard Sailing Club had one of it's largest club events with over 150 people attending in person and 20+ on a ZOOM call. Zoom attendees included friends and family from the UK, Scotland and event Australia.

The event was attended by many of our current and past Club officials and BoD members who spoke and shared wonderful stories of Bill and Olwen's sailing experiences. especially of Bill's contributions as our PRO. Bill will be missed in and out of the sailing community after touching so many hearts with his passions. Thoughts and prayers to Olwen and his family.
