New Website Features

As you all mostly know, we've recently upgraded our website to bring you a better experience. Some are visually upfront. Others are not as apparent. So we will be highlighting some of these changes in this blog and with popup notifications on certain pages like the image below.

The first one is very beneficial to members that has not previously been available.

Did you know but you can update your contact information yourself.

To get started:

Make sure you "Logged In" by seeing your photo or initial in top right corner of this page.
Click the "icon arrow" to see the drop down menu
Choose "My Account" and view your Profile page.
You can edit all the information except your name which is tied to your ID number and the main person of the account. This way if you change a phone or email you don't have to wait until workday for us to catch up!!

Another time saving feature is moving your boat from one slip to another like a boat from the Dry Slip to the Annex or Woods.

To get started:

First go your profile page link and choose "Your Boat Data"
Then find your boat listed at the bottom cycling through the arrows if you have more than one boat or rack item.
Then hit the orange "Request to Release or Move this Boat/Item" button and you will be prompted to choose where to move the the boat and the appropriate Captain will get the request so see if there is space and approve or add you to the waiting list.
That's it!! You dont' have to fill out any forms because you already registered the boat and the website remembers all the data. (NOTE: a few boats may be missing on your list due to the transfer to the updated site. If that is the case please notify us and we will update as needed. This may especially be the case for Racks and Wet slips)
HOWEVER. You may want to make sure all the boat data is correct before requesting a move. You can do that by clicking the dark blue EDIT BOAT DATA button at the bottom of the boat dashboard.
