Sad Passing of Bill Jarvis

We are saddened to inform you that our beloved Bill Jarvis passed away this morning after battling cancer. Bill will long be remembered for all the work he has done for North Carolina racing activities.  He was Race & Regatta Chair for NYRA, FHYC, BSC & ETYSA  many years.  His wisdom and energy will be missed by all of us.

A Celebration of Life is to be Saturday March 28 at 11:00 am at BSC, please keep Olwen in your thoughts and prayers.
